Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Analyst – US Corporate Tax with strong experience in US Federal Tax Accounting, Reporting, and Compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in ASC 740, US GAAP, Book-to-Tax Adjustments, tax reporting, and process documentation. Experience with tax accounting tools such as OneSource will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and support US Federal Corporate Tax Accounting and Reporting activities.
- Perform tax provision calculations in accordance with ASC 740 and US GAAP.
- Prepare and review Book-to-Tax Adjustments.
- Support tax compliance, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Work on tax accounting applications such as OneSource or similar tax software.
- Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.




- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Required Skills

Mandatory

- 4+ years of overall experience in Insurance, Finance, or Corporate Tax.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Corporate Tax.
- Strong knowledge of:
- US Federal Tax Accounting
- ASC 740
- US GAAP
- Book-to-Tax Adjustments

- Experience in Tax Reporting and Compliance.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience in process documentation and SOP preparation.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience with OneSource Tax Software or similar tax accounting tools.
- Prior experience in Shared Services/BPO/KPO environment.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- CA/CPA/CMA (preferred but not mandatory, if applicable).
