Role & responsibilities:

- Proactively contact customers who have abandoned their carts through outbound calls.
- Understand customer concerns, objections and purchase barriers.
- Guide customers through the purchase process and attempt to convert abandoned opportunities into successful sales.
- Accurately capture interaction details, customer feedback and disposition within Salesforce.
- Identify recurring reasons for abandoned carts and share actionable insights with Marketing, Product and Business teams.
- Maintain defined productivity, contact rate and conversion targets.
- Follow up with customers as per the defined engagement strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing for campaign effectiveness and with Sales where commercial opportunities require further engagement.
- Ensure a qualified and consultative customer experience during every interaction.





Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, outbound calling, pre-sales support, lead generation, tele-sales, inside sales, customer retention, or customer success.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Preferred candidates from travel, fintech/ Payment, E-commerce, loyalty, and gift cards
