Role Overview

Wipro is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. The role will be pivotal in driving portfolio transformation, financial governance, and value realization across IT and business investments.

The Architect will function as a trusted advisor to client leadership (e.g., Ericsson stakeholders) while ensuring alignment with Wipros delivery frameworks, integration standards, and managed services model.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Strategy

- Own the end-to-end SPM solution architecture across:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Financial Planning & Cost Governance
- Agile & Hybrid Delivery models
- Define future-state architecture and transformation roadmap
- Align ServiceNow SPM with client enterprise architecture and Wipro’s reference models
