Overview:

IPE Global is expanding its Sustainable
Tourism team and is looking to hire experienced professionals for the position
of Senior Manager (Finance) to lead and support high-impact donor-funded
tourism development engagements across India.

Broad Scope of Work:

- To manage expanding tourism footprint in
transaction advisory, financial feasibility and support business development.

- Provide strategic guidance and technical
inputs beyond defined project boundaries to help navigate challenges and
maximize project outcomes.

- Provide technical guidance to the team with
respect to investment climate assessment, financial models, transaction
advisory processes, etc.

- Manage projects end-to-end, including
client relationships, project delivery, budgets, timelines, and team
performance.

- Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure
high-quality, timely delivery of project outputs.

- Develop technically robust presentations,
reports, strategies, feasibility studies, and oversee transaction advisory
processes.

- Build and maintain solid relationships
with government agencies, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

- Manage complex assignments and respond
effectively to challenging or crisis situations.

- Contribute to business development,
proposal preparation, client acquisition, and growth of the tourism practice.





- Represent the organization in meetings,
workshops, conferences, and stakeholder consultations.

Requirements:

- Architect / Planner / Civil
Engineer/CA/B.COM/CFA Candidate with Management Degree in Finance.

- 5?10 years of experience in ?nancial
consulting or development ?nance roles in the tourism/urban sector.

- Strong understanding of the tourism/urban
sector, PPP projects, Investment climate, Investment Promotion, etc. ?

- Expertise in financial feasibility
assessments, transaction advisory investment facilitation of tourism
projects.

- Strong project management, client
management, and team management capabilities.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex
assignments, handle challenging/crisis situations effectively, and support
business growth through business development and new client acquisition

- Pro?ciency in Word, Excel and Power-Point.

- Team player and ability to work under
pressure and meet deadlines. Problem solving attitude.
- Willing to travel to project locations for
extended periods of time.
