JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE ROLE OF MANAGER AUDIT & QUALITY ASSURANCE (quality Control)

Experience:- 5-10 years plus post qualification experience in the field of Statutory Audits

Qualification:- Chartered Accountant

Industry experience:- Multi Industry Experience Preferred from Manufacturing & Service Sectors

Roles and Responsibilities: -

- Carrying out statutory audits under Ind-AS & IGAAP regime for listed and unlisted entities
- Leading team of other chartered accountants and trainees in execution of assignments
- Facilitating director and partner reviews and ensuring timely completion of assignments
- Ensuring standardization in audit reporting, documentation and other related aspects.
- Assisting the director and partner in team building through regular training focusing on various practical subjects
- Assisting the client in accounting advisory, wherever needed
- Open to both online and offline methods of auditing and capability to manage a team




- Seamless coordination with clients team

Essential Skills:-

- Positive understanding of financial statements under Ind-AS, must have handled financial audits for listed companies having multilocation operations as assignment incharge / team lead.
- Should possess robust knowledge of Ind-AS, IFC & accounting concepts applicable for reporting and disclosure in the financial statements.
- Added Advantage, if handled financial statements conversion projects from IGAAP to Ind-AS.
- Possess decent communication and writing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage complex situations through positive mindset & problem-solving approach.
- Team player, motivator and should be able to work independently
