Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Solid consulting foundation with the ability to structure complex business problems and translate them into actionable workstreams. Experience in supporting transformation delivery initiatives through process analysis, solution design, and implementation tracking. Proficient in conducting data-driven assessments, synthesizing findings, and preparing clear consulting deliverables and client presentations. Ability to work across business functions to map current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements. Exposure to business consulting engagements with a focus on delivering high-quality analysis and execution support within governance-driven environments.
