We have 3 manufacturing plants in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. Our products portfolio has over 200 products across various segments and our current turnover exceeds INR 135 Crores. Ananta Medicare has established itself as a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality Pharmaceutical Products, Herbal Medicines and Food Supplements as well as Generic Medicines.
Ananta Medicare has registered several products in C.I.S. and other countries as well and has already been exporting to Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, USA, Europe, etc. The companys products are currently under registration in many countries such as European Union, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.
We have recently been awarded Udyog Ratan award by Rajasthan Government and have Rajasthan Jewel of the Industrys Award, Ayush Premium Mark, Export Award with gold and silver medals in the ranking of exporting enterprises. We plan to add more countries for export to at least 20 countries globally.

Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) shall be responsible for managing accounting, financial strategy, focusing on international trade finance, forex risk management, managing our company IPO and providing analytics insight to board and management. expertise in Finance, managing multi-plant & office accounting operations,



working capital management, and ensuring high-profit margins.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership

- Lead the overall financial strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives, profitability

targets, and long-term value creation.

- Partner with the management and Board to drive strategic planning, business expansion, and capital allocation decisions.
- Develop and oversee annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Provide financial modelling and commercial insights for new product lines, export business expansion, and diversification initiatives.

Forex and International Trade Finance

- Drive forex risk management strategy for export-heavy operations, protecting margins from currency volatility.
- Manage global banking relationships, trade finance instruments, and working capital facilities efficiently.
- Ensure timely realization of export proceeds and full compliance with FEMA, RBI, customs, and DGFT norms.
- Optimize cost of funds and strengthen financial structures supporting international trade.

Financial Planning, Cost, and Operational Control

- Drive working capital efficiency including receivables, inventory, and payables management.
- Strengthen financial controls across manufacturing units and supply chain.
- Oversee treasury operations including cash flow management, fund deployment, and liquidity planning.
- Support evaluation and execution of M&A;, JV,



and strategic investment opportunities.

Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

- Ensure full compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, FEMA, Customs, Transfer Pricing, and other applicable laws.
- Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Establish and maintain solid internal financial controls and risk management frameworks.
- Manage regulatory readiness for IPO and strategic investment initiatives, including due diligence and financial restructuring.
- Mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks in a highly regulated pharma environment.

Investor & Stakeholder Relations

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, auditors, rating agencies, and regulatory authorities.
- Present financial performance and strategic insights to the Board.
- Lead fundraising initiatives including debt restructuring and capital raising.
- Ensure covenant compliance and financial discipline across the organization.

Accounting Operations

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (Standalone & Consolidated) in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS as applicable).
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Drive automation and ERP optimization for robust financial reporting.
- Ensure timely closure of audits with no material qualifications.

Key skills & experiences:

- Chartered Accountant.
- 7+ years in finance leadership, with specific experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or international trade.
- Proven experience in IPO preparation and execution.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
