- Experience in Windows Server (AD, DNS, GPO).
- Experience of Azure infrastructure services.
- Hands on with SCCM (patching, deployment).
- Experience with SCOM Monitoring.
- Exposure to server migrations and upgrades.
- Understanding of security and CIS hardening.
- Basic PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL process.
