Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Excellence, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Lean Six Sigma or related fields.
- MBA/PGDM degree in Operations or General Management (preferably).
- Proven track record of implementing successful change management initiatives using tools like Agile methodologies.
