Role & responsibilities

Incumbent will support the regulatory compliances for various businesses. Will proactively liase with government authorities and regulatory agencies to understand and fulfil, current and future regulatory guidelines and requirements

- Establish strategic direction for all regulatory processes in alignment with the regulatory affairs objectives of all business
- Ensure timely compliances to applicable statues by all manufacturing units
- Tracking and reporting of compliance status to all stakeholders
- Build relations with government and regulatory authorities

Preferred candidate profile.

- Should have knowledge of key personnel in Central Regulatory agencies, and preferably state and local government bodies
- Have proven track record of liasoning with Central Regulatory Agencies and Obtaining approvals
- Must be Up to date knowledge of policies, laws, regulations and practices affecting chemicals & fertilizer industry
- Able to work in a matrix structure and lead cross functional teams
- Able to build relationships and influence outcomes
- Deal with ambiguous situations and drive change
