Ltd. is a 30+ year-old industrial solutions company and an authorized distributor of globally renowned German and international brands in Industrial Safety, Bearings, Lubrication, and Engineering products. The company serves leading manufacturing plants and industrial businesses across India.

Role Overview

If you enjoy meeting clients, visiting manufacturing plants, building long-term business relationships, and growing industrial accounts, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for managing existing industrial clients while identifying new business opportunities across manufacturing and industrial sectors in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit factories, manufacturing plants, and industrial clients regularly
- Manage and grow existing key accounts
- Generate repeat business and identify account expansion opportunities
- Develop current business through referrals and client networking
- Handle enquiries, quotations, and commercial discussions




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial solutions
- Coordinate with OEMs and principal brands for technical and commercial support
- Coordinate internally for order execution and customer support
- Maintain strong relationships with purchase, maintenance, and plant teams

Requirements

- 3-8 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales / Field Sales
- Experience dealing with manufacturing companies and industrial plants
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Conversational English is preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client visits (Mandatory)
- Self-driven and comfortable with daily field travel
- Incentive-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
