Role & responsibilities

- Appearances in Supreme Court, High court, District Courts, Tribunals, and Labour Courts.

-Drafting of pleadings, applications, and police complaints, title search and land due diligence

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Civil Law, Criminal Law, Revenue and Property Laws, and Labour Laws.

- Basic court knowledge and procedural understanding.

- Excellent command over English language.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Associate to join our office based in Nodia, Sector- 99 and Greater Kailash-1. The ideal candidate should have experience in litigation, with a solid background in appearances in Supreme Court, High Court, various District Courts, Tribunals, and Labour Courts. The role involves drafting pleadings, applications, and police complaints. Additionally, candidates with Banking, Property title search experience will have extra weightage.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who can conveniently commute to our Nodia Sector- 99 and Greater Kailash- 1 office.
