Attending Consultant Urology (Full time)

Responsibilities

- Clinical care of Inpatients in Surgical Disciplines.
- Conduct outpatient surgical clinic including screening in the preventive health checks.
- Provide emergency surgical care arising in the hospital or attending the casualty.
- Improve patient safety through development of protocols of care, training of junior doctors and ancillary health staff, and measurement of compliance with protocols.
- Keep abreast of new clinical developments and demonstrate practice of evidence-based medicine through measurement of outcomes with reference to practice guidelines.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuously improving care through self-study, re- organization of care and development of current clinical programs.
- Achieve a high patient satisfaction through courteous and caring interaction.
- Carry out case presentations and conduct research projects.

Essential Qualifications

- MBBS, MS/DNB in General Surgery from a NMC recognized institution.
- M.Ch. (Urology) or DNB (Urology) from a NMC recognized institution.
- Valid Delhi Medical council registration is Mandatory

Experience in clinical research and exposure to development of new surgical programs a plus.
