Qualification

Essential

- MBBS from a recognized institution.

Desirable

- Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Health Management, Community Medicine, Preventive & Social Medicine (PSM), Epidemiology, Health Policy, or a related discipline (MPH/MHA/MBA-HHM/MD Community Medicine/PSM).
- Internship, dissertation, fellowship, or project experience in public health, healthcare management, health systems, digital health, or health research.
- Exposure to government health programs, development sector projects, or public health consulting assignments.

Experience

- 02 years of relevant work experience.
- Fresh MBBS graduates with a demonstrated interest in public health are encouraged to apply.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of public health and digital health projects.
- Conduct literature reviews, desk research, policy reviews, and secondary data analysis.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, concept notes, proposals, and project deliverables.
- Support stakeholder consultations, workshops, trainings, and meetings with government agencies, development partners, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to health systems assessments,



program evaluations, needs assessments, and evidence-generation activities.
- Coordinate project activities and support tracking of timelines, deliverables, and project milestones.
- Assist in the development and review of technical frameworks, guidelines, standard operating procedures, and knowledge products.
- Support field visits, data collection activities, and documentation of findings as required.
- Undertake other project-related assignments as assigned by the reporting manager.

- Strong interest in public health, health systems strengthening, digital health, and healthcare innovation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and prepare high-quality reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned tasks in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel within India for stakeholder consultations, workshops, field visits, and project-related assignments.
