Job Title: Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

Location: New Delhi

We are hiring an Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive for a reputed Law Firm / CA Firm.

Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping.
- Handle GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify TDS calculations and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Process vendor payments and reconcile vendor/customer accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and month-end closing reports.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations.




- Work on accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or ERP systems.

Requirements:

4+ years of accounting experience, preferably with a Law Firm, CA Firm, or Professional Services Firm.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Positive understanding of MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
