Experienced Building Services Design Engineers with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the design of building services projects as per CPWD/NBC for commercial, residential, institutional, or mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities include preparing design calculations, load estimations, lighting layouts, power distribution systems, earthing and lightning protection systems, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Dialux for lighting design and Auto CAD, Autodesk Revit for BIM-based MEP modeling is essential.

Knowledge of UK and Gulf electrical design codes and standards will be considered a significant advantage, particularly for candidates who have worked on international projects.

Valuable verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Candidates should be capable of presenting technical solutions, participating in design review meetings, and preparing comprehensive technical documentation.
