Role & responsibilities

* Supervise daily production activities for Ayurvedic and Herbal Cosmetic products.

* Ensure manufacturing is carried out as per BMR/BPR, SOPs, GMP, and AYUSH guidelines.

* Plan and monitor manpower allocation to achieve production targets.

* Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Maintenance departments.

* Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and production efficiency.

* Ensure proper documentation, batch records, and production reports are maintained.

* Implement line clearance, in-process checks, and hygiene practices.

* Train production operators and workers on SOPs and safety procedures.

* Minimize wastage and improve productivity through continuous process improvements.

* Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile





* Diploma/B.Sc./B.Pharm./M.Pharm./B.Tech (Relevant Qualification)

* 56 years of production experience in an Ayurvedic medicine and Herbal Cosmetics manufacturing unit.

* Valuable knowledge of GMP, AYUSH guidelines, production documentation, and batch manufacturing processes.

* Experience in manufacturing products such as syrups, oils, creams, lotions, shampoos, face wash, toothpaste, ointments, powders, and herbal cosmetics will be preferred.

* Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

* Candidates willing to work at Hapur Manufacturing Unit will be preferred.
