KABSAR Foods Private Limited (GhaRoti) is looking for an experienced Food Technologist & Production Manager to lead product development, recipe standardization, quality assurance, and production operations for fresh Indian breads and related food products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, standardize, and improve recipes for roti, paratha, naan, kulcha, rumali roti, khameeri roti, sheermal, taftan, and other products.
- Conduct product trials and support new product development.
- Plan and manage daily production to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
- Monitor production efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI compliance.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor raw material consumption, production yield, and inventory.
- Train and supervise production staff.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
- Prepare production, quality, and inventory reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, B.Sc./M.Sc.



Food Science, or Diploma in Food Technology.
- 48 years of experience in food manufacturing.
- Experience in bakery, flatbread, frozen foods, or ready-to-eat food manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recipe formulation, food processing, production planning, and quality systems.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and quality documentation.
