Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development, integrations, reporting, and data migration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules while working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions.
- Design and develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI reports.
- Perform data migration using HDL/HSDL.
- Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
- Create and maintain Fast Formulas as per business requirements.




- Work with SQL/PLSQL, XML, XSLT, and Oracle reporting tools.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, reports, and data loads.
- Support Oracle quarterly cloud updates and regression testing.
