Role Purpose

The Regional Visual Merchandiser (RVM) will drive visual merchandising excellence across stores within the assigned region. The role is responsible for maintaining brand standards, improving customer experience, enhancing product presentation, and supporting business metrics such as UPT, ASP, and high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards across regional stores.
- Execute store displays, planograms, seasonal campaigns, and window installations.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling through effective product presentation.
- Conduct VM audits using digital/AI-based audit tools and ensure compliance.
- Train store teams on VM standards and best practices.
- Monitor in-store sensory experience (music, fragrance, communication).
- Coordinate with regional teams and vendors for timely execution of VM initiatives.




- Share insights and recommendations to improve store experience and performance.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate from NIFT or equivalent institute in Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Visual Merchandising experience in furniture, home dcor, lifestyle, apparel, or retail sectors.
- Robust understanding of retail metrics, store presentation, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools, audits, and frequent regional travel.
