Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Executive Graphic Designer to support packaging material development, artwork management, and branding requirements across multiple manufacturing units. The role involves creating and revising packaging artworks, coordinating SAP code-related activities, supporting exhibition and marketing collateral, and ensuring timely execution of artwork requirements in compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, revise, and manage packaging artworks for Plant 1, Plant 2, and Plant 3 (Suspensions) as per internal and client requirements.
- Coordinate artwork development and approval processes with cross-functional teams including Procurement, QA, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing.
- Handle SAP code creation, modification, and artwork-related code management, including blocked and revised artworks.
- Develop packaging material designs, labels, cartons, foils, inserts, and other printed packaging components.




- Design promotional materials including posters, banners, certificates, standees, and corporate communication creatives.
- Support branding and exhibition activities such as CPHI, IPHEX, and other industry events through creative design and visual communication materials.
- Ensure artwork compliance with approved specifications, branding guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain artwork databases, version control, and document management systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and packaging suppliers for artwork execution and print approvals.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments for employee engagement creatives, birthday banners, certificates, and internal communication materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of all design projects while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
