Summary of Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Management / Patching Engineer to manage, secure, and maintain enterprise endpoint environments. The primary focus of this role is endpoint management, automation, patching, compliance, and audit. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities, experience with modern endpoint management tools, and the ability to ensure endpoint compliance across the organization.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise endpoint devices to ensure security, performance, and compliance.
- Plan, deploy, and monitor endpoint patching activities across Windows and other supported platforms.
- Ensure endpoint compliance by analyzing audit reports and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform compliance assessments and support internal and external audit requirements.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline endpoint management, patch deployment, and operational tasks.
Technology/Area of Specialization:
- Experience with endpoint management and patching
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret compliance and audit data
- Experience using automation tools
- NinjaOne (Ninja1) experience is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Windows endpoint management (similar to enterprise Windows desktop environments)
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iPads, iPhones, and Android devices
- JAMF experience (preferred for Apple device management)
- Experience with endpoint compliance, security policies, and audit readiness.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation (PowerShell or similar) is an added advantage.
