About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Python AI Engineer to join our growing AI engineering team and contribute to building production-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions for global clients.

This role is ideal for engineers with strong Python fundamentals, hands-on experience in backend/API development, and exposure to modern AI/LLM ecosystems. You will work closely with senior engineers, product teams, and client stakeholders to develop scalable AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Python-based backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Build and integrate GenAI and agentic AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
- Contribute to development of AI-powered applications, copilots, and automation systems.
- Work on prompt engineering, tool integrations, retrieval workflows, and orchestration pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability of AI systems.
- Participate in deployment, debugging, testing, and optimization of production systems.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in GenAI, LLMs, and AI engineering best practices.

Must-Have Technical Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong understanding of Python frameworks and libraries such as FastAPI, Flask, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, etc.




- Exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI ecosystems and LLM-based applications. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks is preferred.
- Understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture, and microservices concepts.
- Good knowledge of databases, API integrations, and scalable application design.
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and team-oriented development workflows.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering concepts.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or deployment workflows is a plus.
- Interest or exposure to AI agents, automation systems, or LLMOps concepts.
