Job Overview:
Enthusiastic and experienced Techno Functional Business analyst who is ready to work in challenging
situations, adhering critical timelines, able to understand critical business requirements, ensuring right
solutioning and nurturing the customer accounts to generate new business and handling end-to-end
business opportunities till closure.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Experience ? Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience, preferably working with Central and State Indian
Government departments or BFSI.

General Responsibilities:

? Lead requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements
are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and
verifiable

? Coordinate with Sales team and flexible enough to travel at customer locations for business
meeting presentations.

? Should be aware about complete RFP Lifecycle and respective bidding activities like attending
Prebid queries and raising right queries during Pre-bid meeting.

? Review and/or prepare RFPs and system documentation and specifications in accordance with
methodology.

? Must have knowledge in BFSI, Healthcare, Agriculture, and eGovernance Sectors

? A robust understanding of web-based application delivery.

? Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes of prospect along with possible solutions

? Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both
technology and business experts

? Needs to have good hands-on different estimation techniques like FPA, Work Breakdown
Structure, 3 Point Estimations etc.

? Latest Technology Knowhow

? Perform data analysis using latest BI Tools in market.





? AI/ML and/or data analytics solution and/or Low Code No Code Technology experience

? Use GenAI tools effectively for drafting presentation and solutions

? Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, Visio, Axure RP or Wireframing tool

? The ability to think analytically, solve problems to complex business processes, and document
results.

? The ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner across functional and
technical departments.

? Develop wireframes, workflows, use case diagrams, flowcharts, and other analysis-type
documentation.

? Development of test scenarios and test cases, and testing activities necessary to assess the
quality and completion of system implementations

? Perform industry research to clarify, define, or satisfy technology or business process issues

? Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change

? Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the
development team and with customers.
The successful candidate must be able to think quickly, be aggressive, and improvise as necessary.
The selected candidate will need to be able to interact with a variety of people within the organization
and adapt their style to different personalities.
