Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) to partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams in delivering high-quality business solutions. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical skills, expertise in requirements management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements while supporting Agile delivery practices.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams to drive requirement clarity, process improvements, solution alignment, and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Create and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement review sessions.
- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
- Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.




- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test scenarios and validation of business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Manage requirement changes and communicate impacts to key stakeholders.
- Provide functional support during implementation, deployment, and post-production phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience working closely with Engineering and Development teams in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, use cases, and process documentation.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar requirement management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Engineering-driven product development environments.
- Agile or Scrum certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent.
- Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are an added advantage.
