We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer with solid experience in electrical control panel and system design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Zuken E3.series, Siemens NX Electrical, or EPLAN, along with solid experience in AutoCAD Electrical. Candidates with experience in Engineering Change Management (ECM) or Engineering Change Requests (ECR) processes are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control panels, and cable harnesses using Zuken E3.series, Siemens NX Electrical, or EPLAN.
- Create and maintain electrical drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), terminal plans, cable schedules, and related engineering documentation.
- Develop and modify electrical designs using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards and customer specifications.
- Participate in Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECR/ECO) activities, including design revisions and documentation updates.
- Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, procurement, and project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Support prototype development, design validation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Review electrical designs for quality, manufacturability, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation and revision control throughout the project lifecycle.
