Roles and Responsibilities :
- Process US payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Manage employee attendance, including tracking hours worked, leave requests, and time off.
- Prepare and review W-2 forms annually to ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues related to payroll processing.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in US Payroll administration.
- Solid knowledge of ADP Workforce Now system (preferred).
- Proficiency in preparing W-2 forms accurately.
- Experience with managing attendance records using timesheets or similar tools.
