Role & responsibilities

- End user IT Support-With Knowledge in troubleshooting.
- Solving IT-H/W & Peripherals, CCTV System & N/W issues.
- Need to have Skills in supporting the Desktop & Its Peripherals, Networking, MFP Printers, CCTV DVR & NVR Systems; Knowledge on Servers will be Helpful.
- Need to coordinate with IT Team and fulfill the IT Support Needs of the NSPIRA Staff.
- Providing advanced technical support to resolve complex IT issues hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Escalation of unresolved technical issues with internal teams, vendors, or third-party providers for prompt resolution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, developers, and project managers, to implement and support IT solutions in line with business.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently to minimize downtime and disruptions.




- Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, storage systems, and networking equipment, to optimize performance, reliability, and security.
- Documenting incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate / Post-Graduate.
- Knowledge in Printer / Projectors / CCTVs will be helpful.
- CCNA/CCNP/MCITP Certified Preferable.
- Customer Service, Desktop Support, Troubleshooting Skills, Network Printers, Servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, RDP Virtualization, Backup & Recovery, Security, Cloud Services, Storage Systems, Database etc.
- Must be flexible with the Travelling.
