Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the technical lead and solution owner for UKG/Kronos Workforce Management integrations and associated enterprise applications.
- Design, implement, and support end-to-end integrations using: REST APIs, SFTP, SSH, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Storage Accounts, AWS S3
- Lead deployment, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational support of Dell Boomi Molecule environments.
- Manage Linux-based integration servers, including - Installation, Patching, Monitoring, Performance tuning, Disaster recovery activities
- Design and maintain secure data exchange frameworks utilizing: PGP Encryption, SSH Keys, SSL/TLS, X.509 Certificates
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.
- Architect and govern inbound and outbound data flows between UKG/Kronos, ERP, Payroll, Identity Management, and third-party systems.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex production incidents impacting critical workforce and business processes.
- Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures, backup strategies,



and high-availability solutions for integration platforms.
- Manage Azure Storage Accounts, Blob Containers, access controls, networking, and secure connectivity for enterprise integrations.
- Design and support AWS S3-based file exchange and cloud storage solutions.
- Review technical designs, mentor integration developers, and establish best practices for integration architecture and governance.
- Engage directly with client architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders during solution design and delivery.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

- Robust experience with Dell Boomi Integration Platform and Molecule architecture.
- Expertise in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management integrations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and enterprise integration technologies.
- Experience with secure file transfer protocols and enterprise security standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
