- Job Title: Team Lead - Billing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to lead billing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business operations, ERP systems, and cross-functional process integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team supporting sales invoice billing.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor daily SAP transactions and ensure compliance with defined business processes.
- Work closely with Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to optimize business operations.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, testing, UAT, and post-go-live support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements using SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure master data accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates.




- Conduct user training sessions and develop process documentation and SOPs.
- Coordinate with technical consultants for enhancements, developments, and issue resolution.
- Support internal and external audits related to SAP processes.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in billing in SAP S/4HANA.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Commerce
- Work experience in SAP S4 HANA
- Experience in the manufacturing or dairy industry will be an added advantage.
