MUST HAVE- US Payroll with Oracle fusion hands on experience

As a Global US Payroll Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Coordinating employee inquiries and resolving issues in line with HR protocols
- Administering benefits and absence management to support workforce needs




- Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate employee record-keeping
- Utilizing HR software to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
- Supporting employee engagement strategies and fostering a positive work setting
- Implementing process improvements to optimize HR operations and service delivery
- Analyzing HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and recommendations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address complex business issues from strategy to execution
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all HR-related activities
