Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage MEP design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

- Develop detailed designs for HVAC systems, plumbing systems, ELV systems, building services engineering, and mechanical design using relevant software tools.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide technical guidance as needed.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 11-16 years of experience in MEP Design Management or related field (HVAC Design).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

- Robust understanding of building design principles and practices.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit software applications.
