Job Title : Quality Manager

Reports to: Head of Operations

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare 8D report and conduct actions for avoiding recurrence for global products

- Interface to Corporate Sustainability Management
- Support Material Compliance and Global Compliance Requirements
- Coordinate and Support for external Assessments (ecovadis)

- Manage Global and Local Business-Process Risk Assessment
- Support Corporate Materiality Analysis

- Conduct Supplier Audits (mainly for suppliers for global producs)

- Support Customers Audits
- Management System, Business Processes

- Process Owner for Continuos Improvement Process
- Handle Improvement Actions on System Level

- Certification of Environmental Management System





- Establish and Maintain the global Management System
- Interface to Corporate QM and Local QM

- Responsible for local adaptation of global certificates
- Local Organisation of Certification Audits

- Interface and Implementation of Corporate Audit Plan

- Ensure, Maintain and Execute Corporate Document Control System
- Intergrate local Document Control System in Global System wherever helpful

- Quality Assurance
- Coordinate and Ensure Third Party Quality by e.g. Shipping release Audits, Control Plan reviews
