- Conduct workshops and interviews with business users to gather and document requirements.

- Analyze and validate requirements for completeness and consistency.

- Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process flows based on gathered requirements.

- Collaborate with the technical team to design solutions that meet business needs.

- Prepare detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, functional specifications, and user manuals.

- Provide T24/Transact functional expertise during the implementation phase.

- Assist in configuring and customizing T24 to meet business requirements.

- Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT), reviewing test cases prepared by the QA team and performing functional or unit testing of applications.

- Act as the primary point of contact between business users and the technical team, facilitating communication and ensuring stakeholders are informed about project progress and changes in requirements.

- Analyze and resolve issues arising during implementation and post-implementation phases, providing proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

- Evaluate proposed business team changes and perform necessary impact analysis.

Job Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Banking, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing Temenos T24/Transact core banking modules globally.

- Expertise in key Transact modules such as AA Accounts, AA Lending, AA Deposits, TPH, Letter of Credit (LC), Miscellaneous Deals (MD), Cash management, Treasury, Securities, General Ledger (GL), Financial Inclusion (FI), and Wealth.

- Good understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.

- Previous experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferable.

- Expertise in handling tools like JIRA for risk analysis, CR log, and conflict management.

- Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferable.
