We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications with a robust focus on technical delivery, integration, and performance. The role requires hands-on expertise across core PeopleSoft technical components and the ability to work independently on complex requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Customization
- Design and develop PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker
- Build and maintain pages, components, menus, records, and fields using Application Designer
- Develop and maintain File Layouts, XML-based integrations
- Write and optimise complex SQL queries and SQR reports
- Develop BI Publisher (XMLP) reports and PS Query solutions
- Integration & Technical Architecture
- Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems using Integration Broker, IB Messages, and Service Operations
- Work on SAML/SSO authentication configurations and PeopleCode-based signon implementations
- Support and develop Application Packages and Classes following OOP principles in PeopleCode
- Configure and maintain Process Scheduler jobs and Application Engine programs
- Upgrades & Maintenance
- Participate in PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and tax updates
- Performs compare reports, upgrade fits/gaps analysis, and apply fixes
