Designation: Sr. Engineer/Engineer/Assistant Shift in charge-Production

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Interview only

Job Location: Devanahalli , SEZ Aerospace park, Bangalore

Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineering / Diploma Mechanical Engineering only

Experience : 3 to 8 Years

Working Days: 6 Days (Shift-based)
Shift Timings:

- 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM 6:00 AM

Language Requirement: Kannada (Mandatory)
Industry: Any Engineering Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute production plans effectively
- Achieve production targets (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Handle shift planning and manpower allocation
- Plan procurement of materials and consumables in advance
- Identify training needs and develop multi-skilled operators




- Ensure safety of employees during shifts
- Maintain shop floor discipline, cleanliness, and 5S standards
- Maintain production-related records
- Required Skills:

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
