Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher in an Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) environment.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion subject areas, dimensions, and fact tables across relevant modules.
- Proficiency in RTF template design, XSL/XSLT, and SQL for BIP data models.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud) is a plus.
- Understanding of Oracle's role-based security model and data security policies as they apply to reporting.
- Experience with ESS (Enterprise Scheduler Service) for report scheduling and bursting.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion functional areas (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, HCM Core) sufficient to validate report logic.
- Exposure to OIC,
REST/SOAP web services for report delivery or system integration is an advantage.
- Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals.
Nice-to-Have
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications (Financials or HCM).
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for advanced visualizations beyond OTBI.
- Exposure to enterprise data platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake) for downstream reporting integration.
- Experience working in regulated industries (BFSI, healthcare) with statutory/compliance reporting needs.
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management ability to work directly with finance/HR/supply chain business users to gather requirements.
- Clear documentation and communication skills for handoffs between functional and technical teams.
