Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor with 2+ years of experience to evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong auditing, analytical, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits as per the approved audit plan.
- Review financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify risks and control gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Verify compliance with company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare audit observations, reports, and recommendations.
- Perform follow-up audits to ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Analyze financial records, transactions, and supporting documents.
- Assist in risk assessment and fraud prevention initiatives.




- Coordinate with various departments to obtain audit-related information.
- Support management during external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit working papers.
- Perform regular stock verification and reconcile physical inventory with system records to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Telecom, Media, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Service industries.
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks and audit documentation.
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
- Good Excel knowledge.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting.
