Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete site execution for home interior projects (modular kitchen, wardrobe, TV unit, false ceiling, etc.)
- Execute work as per approved design drawings and specifications
- Plan and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with designers, factory team, and vendors
- Supervise carpenters, electricians, painters, and subcontractors
- Ensure high-quality finishing and minimize rework
- Manage material planning, delivery, and usage
- Take accurate site measurements and support BOQ & billing
- Communicate with clients at site and provide progress updates
- Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and safety standards
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in residential interior site execution
- Robust knowledge of interior materials and modular work
- Ability to read drawings and handle site independently
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
