- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or end-to-end recruitment.
- Robust understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques for identifying top talent.
- Excellent screening skills to filter out unsuitable candidates during initial stages of selection.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
