Job Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Home Loan and Personal Loan products.
- Generate new business through field sales, customer references, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet customers in the assigned territory to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and bank officials to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Age: 18–35 years.
- Freshers are welcome; prior field sales or banking sales experience is an added advantage.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven field sales environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Male candidates only (Field Sales Role).
