Key Responsibilities

- Design and customize Domestic & International holiday packages based on clients' preferences and budgets.
- Plan and manage tour packages for international destinations such as Vietnam, Thailand, Bali, Maldives, Europe, Mauritius, and other popular destinations.
- Plan and manage domestic tour packages for Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Kerala, Goa, Sikkim, and other key tourist destinations across India.
- Prepare attractive, detailed, and professional travel itineraries and quotations.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), sightseeing operators, and other travel suppliers for reservations and confirmations.
- Negotiate competitive rates with hotels,



DMCs, and vendors while maintaining solid business relationships.
- Process bookings for hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing tours, cruises, attractions, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure timely confirmations, travel vouchers, and complete travel documentation before departure.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and assist clients with pre-travel and post-travel support.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination knowledge, supplier offers, visa requirements, and tourism regulations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
