The Job
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Org Transformation, Org Design and Process definition and Process Harmonization activities (L1 to L4 processes).
Lead the functional design and architecture of Workday solutions across modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure Workday modules based on business needs and best practices.
Oversee and participate in testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Provide guidance on Workday release management and new feature adoption.
Develop and maintain documentation including solution designs, test plans, and training materials.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday functionality and integration points.
Support change management and training initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Workday solutions.
Mentor junior team members and provide architectural oversight on large-scale implementations.
Your Profile
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience with Workday, including at least 3 years in a functional or architect role.
Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and implementation across multiple modules.
Strong understanding of HR or Finance business processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Preferred Skills:
Workday certifications in relevant modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Payroll).
Understanding with Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
Experience working with global teams and multi-country deployments.
