Role Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Analyst with solid expertise in IPDRG coding to lead DRGV operations. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring accuracy of IPDRG assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and validate IPDRG codes - CCS / CIC
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements
- Audit charts for DRG validation, documentation gaps, and query opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior coders/analysts on IPDRG logic
- Prepare reports, track productivity, and maintain quality metrics
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for clarifications

Required Skills:

- Min 5+ years in IPDRG coding - CCS / CIC certified preferred
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and DRG methodologies
- Experience in R1RCM / US Healthcare Revenue Cycle preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines

Education: Any Graduate / CCS, CIC certification preferred
