About the role:
As a Senior Agentic Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
We are looking for a Senior Agentic Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent autonomous systems powered by Agentic AI architectures. You will work at the intersection of LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and real-world system integration, enabling AI agents to reason, plan, and act independently across complex workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building end-to-end GenAI applications and is passionate about moving from prompt-based systems to goal-driven autonomous agents.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Agentic AI systems using LLMs with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities

- Build multi-agent workflows for decision-making, automation, and orchestration

- Implement reasoning frameworks (ReAct, Tree-of-Thought, etc.) for complex problem solving

- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, and event-driven architectures

- Develop long-term memory systems using vector databases and knowledge graphs

- Ensure reliability with evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and observability for AI systems

- Optimize performance, latency, and cost for production-grade AI solutions

- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deploy scalable AI systems

Requirements:

- Strong programming skills in Python

- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.)

- Experience building agent-based systems / autonomous workflows





- Deep understanding of:

- Prompt engineering & chaining

- Tool calling & function orchestration

- Memory management in AI agents

AI/ML & Data:

- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)

- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures

- Exposure to fine-tuning / embeddings / model evaluation techniques

Cloud & Systems:

- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP

- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems

- Experience deploying AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes

Desirable:

- Experience with multi-agent collaboration frameworks

- Knowledge of AgentOps / LLMOps practices

- Exposure to Autonomous AI tools like AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar

- Understanding of AI safety, governance, and ethical AI principles

- Frontend exposure (React / Streamlit) for building AI interfaces
