Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation initiatives and build a scalable marketing engine that drives qualified pipeline and business growth. If you're experienced in performance marketing, lead generation, and marketing analytics, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Preferred - Saidapet, Chennai (Remote may be considered for exceptional candidates)

Preference will be given to candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across paid, organic, content, email, webinars, events, and outbound channels.
- Build and optimize a multi-channel demand generation engine.
- Own the marketing funnel from awareness through MQL, SQL, and pipeline generation.
- Track and improve key marketing metrics including MQLs, SQLs, Cost per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.




- Run A/B tests and optimize campaign performance across channels.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing or Demand Generation.
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, LegalTech, or SaaS will be an advantage.
