- Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse and logistics processes
- Configure and support SAP EWM functionalities based on business needs
- Work on inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes
- Support integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM
- Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and interfaces
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues within SLA timelines
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects
- Create user documentation and conduct end-user training sessions
