Roles and Responsibility

- Deliver high-quality training materials, including presentations, guides, and course evaluations.
- Coordinate training schedules based on requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to specific needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in training and development or related field.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
