- Experience in Non IT Recruitment ( Manufacturing )
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), internal databases, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on qualifications, experience, skills, and budget.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
