Job Description

1, Experience in Laser cutting machine (NTC Komatsu thickness up to 20mm)

2, Experience in bending, rolling, checking through template

Ability to read technical drawings and CAD files (DXF preferred)

Basic CNC programming and machine parameter adjustment

Basic knowledge of metals (MS, SS, aluminum, etc.)

3, Experience in Dimention checking (handling experience in vernier , micrometer, throat gauge height gauge, feeler gauge,RA checking machine)

4, Experience in basic CNC knowledge

5, Experience in Auto CAD ,Pro E (Drawing soft wear)

5, Experience in Engineering Drawings and on calculation mathematic

6, Experience in EOT crane operating- (Electric overhead travelling)

7, Experience in grinding and polishing activity

8, Able to understand SOP's, MI, other operation procedure

Desired Profile

1, Operate cutting machines to cut metal sheets and components as per design specifications.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and cutting plans.

1.Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to job specifications

2.Ensure minimal material waste and optimal machine utilization

3.Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)

4.Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance

5.Replace consumables such as lenses and nozzles when required

3, Set up and calibrate CNC machines, including torch settings and gas flow.

4, Monitor cutting operations and adjust parameters to ensure accuracy and quality.

5, Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC gas cutting equipment.
